Swedish casino software supplier NetEnt has signed its first customer agreements in the regulated US iGaming market, sealing deals to launch a full suite of multi-channel games for bwin.party digital entertainment and its land-based partner, the Borgata Hotel Casino & Spa in New Jersey.

NetEnt has already applied for a licence to offer its games in New Jersey and is currently awaiting approval from the state’s Division of Gaming Enforcement to begin operations, with its submission for a full licence currently under review. 

The company has also moved to smooth its entry into the US by agreeing an intellectual property cross-licensing deal with International Game Technology, covering the North American market.
