For the first time the UK Gambling Commission has published data on public perceptions on gambling, with 49.6% of the adults surveyed agreeing that gambling was conducted fairly and could be trusted, while nearly half of all respondents still linked gambling with criminal activity. Meanwhile latest survey data on gambling participation shows that the proportion of UK adults taking part in remote forms of gambling is at its highest level in four years.
