Satellite Information Services (SIS) has moved to significantly expand the range of solutions it offers customers, with the sports broadcaster launching a bespoke sports trading department for its UK and international customers.

The new division, SIS Trading Services, will provide pricing alongside SIS’ established portfolio of high quality images, data and streaming products.

Clients will have access to comprehensive pricing on UK and Irish horse racing as well as races organised by the Bookmakers’ Afternoon Greyhound Service (BAGS), following a soft launch in September that also included international horse racing pricing.

The pricing solution will also offer odds on French racing from Chantilly, Deauville and Longchamp, as well as coverage from territories such as Australia, Dubai, Singapore and South Africa.

The trading team is based in SIS’ central London offices, working with other departments within the business to create an easy-to-use service in order to offer customers data, streaming and pricing products from one source.

“As a data provider, we’ve got the advantage of being at the sharp end of the pricing journey, delivering UK and international markets to operators quickly and accurately,” SIS head of trading Adam Conway commented. “We’ve already proved that our versatile picture, data and streaming products can provide an ideal solution for bookmakers of all sizes.

“With the addition of our comprehensive pricing service, SIS offers operators another piece of the betting puzzle. It’s the perfect one-stop shop for bookmakers.”
