Danish casino games developer Magnet Gaming has signed a deal to distribute content via Microgaming’s Quickfire platform, as it looks to expand beyond its native market into new jurisdictions.

Magnet’s full portfolio of 12 slot will be made available to Quickfire’s extensive roster of casino brands in a range of regulated markets around the world.

The supplier’s head of game licensing Thomas Nielsen said the deal was strategically important and a key milestone for Magnet in 2016.

“We have partnerships with the leading brands in our native Danish market, but securing similar deals with their international counterparts will take us to the next level,” Nielsen explained.

“I think Microgaming and Magnet are pretty like-minded, sharing aspirations to be the leaders in our respective fields, and this should help make the deal a great success.

“We’re really excited about working with such a well-established and much-respected platform like Quickfire. It will undoubtedly be a game changer for us,” he added.

Microgaming’s head of Quickfire Tom Chamberlain praised Magnet, describing the supplier as a welcome addition to the platform’s range of content partners.
