This level of care for customer experience has long been cited as a key reason behind the operator’s success by fans of the brand. Even more has been done to offer a recreational player experience, while the company continually looks to build its customer base further through high-profile marketing strategies. This year it has signed up footballing legends Cristiano Ronaldo and Neymar as brand ambassadors.
