Scientific Games will provide a suite of technology, gaming content and cabinet platforms for three Ohio casinos operated by JACK Entertainment, the Midwestern casino operator formerly known as Rock Gaming.
After winning a competitive bidding and selection process, Scientific Games will provide JACK a range of solutions, software and related services for its JACK Cleveland Casino, JACK Cincinnati Casino and JACK ThistleDown Racino.
“We chose Scientific Games because they are the leader in systems innovation,” said JACK Entertainment chief executive Matt Cullen. “We look forward to having the enhanced system in place, which will allow us to streamline our processes and operations.”
Scientific Games chief revenue officer Bob Parente commented: “We are honored that JACK Entertainment has selected Scientific Games as their partner to help grow their business with the industry's most complete portfolio of solutions, applications, platforms and entertaining games.”
The venues were rebranded in November last year after Caesars Entertainment sold its 20 per cent stake in the properties to JACK – then Rock Gaming – earlier in 2015.
Scientific Games will launch its SDS slot accounting solution, CMP player tracking system, TableView real-time table management product and iVIEW display manager for the operator via its Bally Systems subsidiary.
JACK will also use the Bally Elite Bonusing Suite to offer automated, interactive in-game bonusing, promotions and rewards, with the systems set to be installed and deployed at each venue by June 30th.
Scientific Games will also connect the three venues’ player loyalty programmes with that of JACK Detroit Casino-Hotel Greektown, to allow the operator to offer enhanced player recognition and rewards for visitors to all four properties.
