Alderney has unveiled plans for a new £250 million development, Guernsey Technology Park, which it claims will position the white-listed jurisdiction at the forefront of the online gaming industry and further enhance its technical infrastructure.
Developers Long Port acquired the 16.5 acre horticultural site in April 2008 for more than £7 million, with building work set to begin shortly following the completion of detailed plans. The buildings are expected to be ready to occupy in 2011.
