Inspired will allow clients to distribute its virtual sports content to third party operators with the launch of its new Virtuals Connect distribution platform, with SBTech the first supplier to sign up for the service.

SBTech will license the use of Inspired’s virtual sports platform and virtual sports events as part of its online gaming platform, offering it to third party operators via Virtuals Connect.

Virtuals Connect is a fully-managed, turnkey solution designed to be integrated into a supplier’s bet management system. It will be continually updated to ensure every client benefits from all enhancements launched for Inspired’s virtuals content, said Inspired.

The solution is delivered through Inspired’s proprietary technology and Satellite Information Services’ (SIS) SIS Stream platform, offering a simple and cost-effective way to enable operators to access Inspired’s games without major investment.

“We’re delighted that SBTech have embraced the opportunity to deliver Inspired’s market-leading virtuals content to operators using Virtuals Connect,” Inspired CCO for digital games Steve Rogers said.

“In Virtuals Connect we have created an economical and manageable solution to delivering content to mobile and online operators with a minimal initial investment. We’re constantly working to find ways to deploy our content to the widest possible audience, and this is a fantastic platform to facilitate this growth.”

SBTech head of product Gregory Karaolis said he was delighted to be the first company to offer third party operators Inspired content via the platform.

“We’re confident that our customers will be extremely satisfied with the service which it enables us to deliver,” Karaolis said.

“We are delighted that SBTech have chosen to take Inspired’s Virtuals Connect content and utilise our innovative low latency streaming platform – SIS Stream,” SIS head of product Marc Thomas added.
