NYX-owned platform and content provider OpenBet has extended its long-standing relationship with Canadian provincial lottery operator Loto-Québec.

The deal extends the existing partnership by a further three years and will see OpenBet also supply the lottery with its new mobile portal solution..

OpenBet was selected on the basis of the continued strength and flexibility of its solution, delivery timeframes and content library, as well as its ability to offer a genuine omni-channel experience across all products, the company said.

OpenBet has supplied the lottery with its online gaming solution since 2010, one of a number of public bodies it works with worldwide such as Denmark’s Danske Spil, the British Columbia Lottery Corporation and the Singapore Pools.

Luc Morin, general manager of Loto-Québec’s iGaming business Espacejeux.com, described OpenBet as “the clear choice” for the company as it looks to bring its mobile casino to market, complementing its “stand-out omni-channel vision and long-term strategy”.
