Spanish bingo content provider Zitro Interactive has agreed a partnership with Playtech which will see a large number of its games integrated onto the solutions giant's platform.

Initially, 17 of Zitro’s biggest online and mobile bingo games will be on offer to Playtech licensees including the games Powermanía Bonus, Tacomanía and Last Bingo in Paris.

Sebastián Salat, CEO of Zitro, said: “One of Zitro’s strategic pillars, beyond diversifying our on-site product lines and our geographical presence, is to offer our popular games to the world from the most prestigious online casinos.

"The agreement recently with Playtech is an important step in this direction, allowing us to have our content available on platforms that are used by a huge number of the world’s largest online operators.”

The first Playtech licensee to take advantage of the new content will be Mexican operator Caliente, which operates an exclusive Playtech-powered casino as part of a wide-ranging structured gaming and sports betting agreement.

“The excellent reputation that Zitro Interactive has been working on over the past three years is now bearing fruit with an agreement that puts us in an excellent position to continue leading the online video bingo sector, now and for the next few years," Zitro Innteractive director Rais Busom said. 

Shimon Akad, COO of Playtech, added: “Zitro produce great bingo-themed games and we’re delighted to be able to partner with them and offer an even larger selection of titles to our licensees.”
