Novomatic has transferred its UK games development business Mazooma Interactive Games to the ownership of its iGaming arm Greentube in order to streamline the interactive units across the business.

Mazooma was acquired by Novomatic in February 2012 and will now operate as a subsidiary of Greentube under the name Greentube UK.

The change in structure is designed to provide Mazooma's customer base with local access to Novomatic's entire content portfolio, and sees Mazooma's management team led by managing director Tony Oliver remain in place.

"We are very happy about welcoming new members of the Greentube family," Greentube chief operating officer Georg Gubo said. "This is a significant business reorganisation to support our growth plans in the UK both from a B2B and B2C perspective."

Greentube UK managing director Tony Oliver added: "It is an exciting time for us. This investment from Greentube will provide clarity to our customers as well as support our expansion plans in the UK market."
