New York-listed gaming supplier PlayAGS has entered into an agreement to acquire Toronto-listed regional slot route operator Integrity Gaming Corp for US$49m.
The definitive agreement will see AGS acquire all issued and outstanding common shares in Integrity, previously known as Poydras Gaming Finance Corp, for a cash payment of CAD$0.46 per share, or a total transaction value of US$49m, which includes repaying $36m of Integrity's outstanding debt.
