Opap is embarking on a major overhaul of its offering. The signing of not one but three technology partnerships in February was just the latest phase in its expansion plans over the next 18 months.

Chief executive Damian Cope has placed technology at the forefront of his growth strategy for the business since joining in July 2016. The operator's chief technology officer (CTO) Michele Fusella was one of Cope's first hires last August and has over 16 years' experience in the industry through Gala Coral and Sportium. He has been tasked with implementing Cope's plans.
