Regional broadcaster Radio Television Madrid will no longer carry any gambling advertising after the Madrid Assembly voted in favour of a ban on gambling advertisements.
The ban will come into force imminently with its publication in the Official Bulletin of the Community of Madrid, and applies to ads for online gambling, gambling halls and betting houses.
The advertising ban was introduced by the Podemos parliamentary group in the Madrid Assembly and was adopted after a single reading. [...]
