Toronto-listed gaming supplier NYX Gaming has expanded its presence in the regulated Italian market following a platform integration deal with OIA Services' Betaland brand.

The agreement sees Betaland significantly expand its product offering with the addition of the NYX OGS (Open Gaming System) suite, including NextGen Gaming's titles such as DoublePlay SuperBet, Gorilla Go Wild, and the recently launched Glorious Empire.

The integration was completed through NYX's Rome-based Game360 subsidiary which has launched platforms for Unibet and GoldBet in Italy.

"NYX Gaming Group already has a strong presence in Italy and we're delighted to expand this even further by partnering with Betaland," said Andrea Guzzon, general manager for Game360. "Through our Game360 portfolio and best-in-breed third-party titles, Betaland now has a comprehensive product offering which is sure to attract new and existing customers to its site."

Betaland's general manager Michele Sprovieri added: "Integrating the award-winning NYX OGS will allow us to significantly expand our offering and provide our players with even more high-quality content.

"NYX's in-house game studios have an excellent reputation for producing entertaining games rich with features, and I'm sure they will prove to be a hit with our customer base."

Shares in NYX Gaming Group Ltd (Co. Data) (TOR:NYX) closed at CAD$2.34 per share in Toronto Monday.
