Sports betting solutions provider SBTech is launching a suite of self-service products and services for emerging Polish operator Etoto, completing the roll-out of its full omni-channel solution.

Etoto currently utilises SBTech's platform to power its Etoto.pl website, and will now roll out the supplier's self-service betting terminal interface across its retail estate. This marks SBTech's first move into Poland's retail betting market.

Etoto is deploying SBTech's single-console management solution for its retail operations as part of the SSBT interface launch, as well as real-time player analysis tools and advanced reporting protocols.

"SBTech's omni-channel offering has emerged as one of our key growth drivers, with more operators now looking to achieve increased loyalty, higher lifetime value and reduced churn," SBTech chief executive Richard Carter commented. "As our activities in Eastern Europe expand, I'm delighted to strengthen our partnership with Etoto, and fully expect this ambitious operator to rapidly achieve its full potential."

Etoto has been active in the retail betting market since 2011, and secured a six-year licence to operate online from the Polish Ministry of Finance in 2014.

"The wide sportsbook offering from SBTech, especially in terms of in-play betting, was the decisive factor in our decision to create this partnership," Etoto chief operating officer Piotr Rogowski explained.
