iGaming software provider SoftSwiss has acquired licensed Estonian operator Kingswin Online OÜ for an undisclosed amount.
The acquisition marks SoftSwiss’ first move into the B2C sector, with Kingswin operating the Kingswin.com online casino brand in Estonia, which has been powered by SoftSwiss’ platform since 2015.
