Rush Street Interactive’s has launched a new Kambi-powered sportsbook for its New Jersey players.

The operator becomes the latest in New Jersey to make a move into the sports betting arena, following MGM Resorts’ launch of its playMGM sports betting app this week and DraftKings’ Kambi-powered sportsbook launch earlier this month.

Operated by Rush Street Interactive, the SugarHouse Online Sportsbook & Casino now features a wide variety of bets, competitive odds and a loyalty program that allows players to earn loyalty and bonus points on every sports and casino wager.

Offering more than five million live in-game bet options through the mobile app, the Kambi sportsbook also includes a cash-out feature that allows players to secure a part of their winnings or cut their losses as the odds change.

Rush Street Interactive said that as one of the first to launch online sports betting in New Jersey, the company will leverage its wealth of experience and knowledge in operating a regulated online and mobile sportsbook in Colombia, also powered by Kambi.

"Being the first US-based gaming operator to launch a regulated online sportsbook outside of the US has been helpful in establishing the SugarHouse Online Sportsbook & Casino," said Rush Street Interactive president Richard Schwartz. "We've matured our sportsbook product and validated that players value our proprietary sportsbook loyalty program, including earning points on every single bet."

Shares in Kambi Group plc. (STO:KAMBI) were trading marginally lower at SEK164.60 per share in Stockholm Friday morning.
