Stockholm-listed iGaming operator Global Gaming has entered into an agreement with payment provider Zimpler for its newly licensed brands in Sweden.

Global Gaming subsidiary SafeEnt will launch Zimpler on its Ninja Casino and SpelLandet brands during the first quarter of 2019, helping the company reduce transaction costs and increase gross margin.

“Previously, our casinos were dependent on one payment provider, and we will shortly be adding Zimpler’s new solution, thus enhancing the customers experience,” said Global Gaming CEO Joacim Möller. “Our operation will not be dependent on one payment provider, which will improve our margins.”

Zimpler chief executive Kristofer Ekman Sinclair commented: “We look forward to working with Global Gaming, who, with Ninja Casino, have been pioneers in terms of simplifying the registration and payment process in the industry.

“With our new product, Zimpler GO, we look forward to further simplifying the payment experience, offering a wallet with the most popular payment methods.”

Shares in Global Gaming 555 AB (STO:GLOBAL) were trading marginally lower at SEK36.40 per share in Stockholm Tuesday morning, less than 10 per cent off their 52-week high of SEK40.00 per share set on December 4th.
