Stockholm-listed iGaming provider Aspire Global has agreed deals to launch two new brands on its platform during the second half of this year.

Aspire Global has partnered Vipps Holdings for the launch of Vipps Casino, and teamed up with NEG Group for the re-launch of Digibet in several European markets including Germany.

The company is investing up to €1.5m in marketing Vipps Casino, with Vipps Holdings also investing in the tech infrastructure and marketing of the brand.

“We look forward to an exciting partnership with Vipps Holdings,” said Aspire Global CEO Tsachi Maimon. “The veteran team brings extensive experience from leading iGaming companies in the Nordic market and together we will be creating a truly innovative iGaming experience.”

Aspire Global will also invest up to €2m in NEG Group, which recently acquired the Digibet brand from UGT Group, one of the 20 previously approved sports betting licensees in Germany.

The funds will be used for marketing the re-launched Digibet brand ahead of the 2020 UEFA European Championship.

Shares in Aspire Global plc (STO:ASPIRE) soared by 12.73 per cent to SEK49.15 per share in Stockholm this morning after the company posted strong results for the first quarter of 2019.
