Rush Street Interactive (RSI) has launched its second online and mobile sportsbook in Pennsylvania through Rivers Casino Pittsburgh.
BetRivers.com began a two-day test period yesterday, with real-money wagers taking place on limited hours of operation until midnight tonight.
Pending review and approval from the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board, the online and mobile sportsbook will then be immediately available for play across the state at all hours.
“This summer marks Rivers Casino Pittsburgh’s tenth anniversary,” said Rivers Casino general manager Bill Keena. “We’re celebrating one decade while planning ahead for the next. Full-service online, mobile and in-casino sportsbooks are where the industry is headed, and thanks to our Team Members, we’re already there.”
RSI currently generates over half of all retail sports betting in Pennsylvania since the market opened in November via retail sportsbooks at Rivers Casino Pittsburgh and SugarHouse Casino Philadelphia.
“It’s an exciting time for Pennsylvania sports fans,” said Richard Schwartz, president of Rush Street Interactive. “With NFL preseason just a month away, game days this fall will be next-level.”
