The world's leading gaming suppliers are set for the start of the Global Gaming Expo (G2E) in Las Vegas Tuesday, with new products being unveiled by the likes of Scientific Games, Novomatic, Inspired Entertainment, IGT, Playtech, Konami Gaming, Aristocrat Technologies, GameCo, Win Systems and Digitain.

Scientific Games

New York-listed Scientific Games will be unveil a host of new gaming content at G2E, as well as showcasing its newly launched OpenGaming platform.

The supplier will unveil a raft of new casino games including Ultra Hot Mega Link and Drop & Lock, as well as new licensed branded content such as MONOPOLY Money Grab and JAMES BOND DIE ANOTHER DAY.

Scientific Games will also demonstrate its OpenSports sports betting platform and newly launched OpenGaming platform, featuring new game Mega Drop Quest.

Novomatic Group

Austrian gaming giant Novomatic and majority-owned Ainsworth Game Technology will present a comprehensive product portfolio at G2E, including a new Asian-themed slot Samurai Beauty.

The supplier will showcase linked progressive jackpots, casino management systems, as well as sports betting solutions such as the newly launched NOVOMATIC ActionBook.

For the third time, Novomatic will be exhibiting at a joint booth together with Ainsworth.

“The United States are an important growth market for Novomatic – together with Ainsworth we intend to significantly increase our market share in the medium term,” said Novomatic CEO Harald Neumann. “This is why we are once again presenting ourselves together this year.

“Due to the liberalization of sports betting in the United States, the local market continues to gain importance for us. We have been following the developments in the US sports betting segment with great interest for several years now.

“Because of this, Novomatic cooperates closely with international service providers of sports media and sports betting to further develop our innovative line of sports betting products and solutions. These will be showcased in a separate section of the Novomatic booth. Therefore, innovations and our presence at the G2E are key factors for success.”

Konami Gaming

Konami Gaming will be introducing its new facial recognition technology at G2E this week.

Konami’s SYNKROS casino management system will offer live demo opportunities for SYNK Vision facial recognition and the SynkConnect player mobile app.

“Konami’s aim is empowering operators with exceptional entertainment to reach and engage today’s players and beyond,” said Konami Gaming executive vice president and chief commercial officer Tom Jingoli. “We are actively leveraging a combination of top technology, talent, design, and development to deliver a host of new products at this year’s event, through the immediate years to come.

“SYNKROS is delivering next generation player tracking technology with leading edge solutions like SYNK Vision. Rather than requiring players to manually sign up or use a player’s tracking card, it uses facial recognition to identify, rate, and reward all players, regardless whether they are members of the established player loyalty program.

“SYNK Vision allows operators to automatically capture a 360-degree view of all ‘carded’ and ‘uncarded’ play activity for the first time,” added Jingoli.

Digitain

Platform provider Digitain will be showcasing its sportsbook solution and trading tools as the supplier targets growth in the burgeoning US iGaming market.

Digitain’s sportsbook product covers 65 sports and 7,500 leagues, including odds on 35,000 live events each month, accompanied by a casino solution with over 3,000 games from suppliers such as Novomatic, Microgaming, NetEnt and Playson.

“G2E 2019 provides us with a perfect venue at which to underline the quality and innovation we bring to the sports betting industry,” said Digitain director for international business development Simon Westbury. “Our platform was specifically designed for fast deployment across multiple territories.

Digitain chief commercial officer Suren Khachatryan commented: “I’m hugely optimistic about the US market for sports betting, and requests for proposal in the US have been very encouraging. We’re noticing a surge in interest from southern states such as Mississippi, while even the likes of New Jersey and Nevada retain potential.

“It’s a fascinating time, particularly with more mature states about to release figures on the current NFL season (certain to be a core revenue-driver). But it’s still an embryonic period where operators must not make rushed decisions in the collective stampede to market.”

IGT

New York-listed IGT will debut its latest sports betting solutions, the IGT PlaySports Bank and PlaySports Pod, at G2E this week.

The PlaySports Bank and PlaySports Pod feature three self-service betting kiosks and include high-definition multi-media displays that can showcase a range of content, including live sporting events, betting odds, lines, and game day feeds.

The PlaySports Bank is designed to go against a wall, while the PlaySports Pod can be deployed in a standalone setting.

“IGT PlaySports Bank and PlaySports Pod are designed to expand sports betting beyond the sportsbook,” said IGT PlayDigital senior vice president Enrico Drago. “They provide our customers with creativity and control in designing their sports betting offerings while improving the player experience and reducing operating costs.

“We are excited to add the PlaySports Bank and PlaySports Pod to our market-leading PlaySports portfolio, as they offer a compelling way for our customers to benefit from new sports betting market opportunities.”

Playtech

London-listed Playtech will be showcasing its Playtech ONE omni-channel solution at G2E following the opening of the supplier’s first US office in New York.

Playtech’s full range of on-property sports betting products will take centre stage at G2E, including kiosks, compact terminals, and over the counter tellers, as well as its latest Live Roulette game.

The supplier will also unveil its latest gaming features, including a new Flexi-Bonus Engine, which uses sophisticated rule-based promotional campaigns for maximum flexibility, as well as Operator Trading Tools, which allows operators to adjust and skew odds, as well as add prop bets at the click of a button.

Inspired Entertainment

New York-listed Inspired Entertainment will be showcasing its range of gaming, virtual sports and interactive content at G2E this week.

It will introduce Jagr's Super Slots, an interactive game that features legendary hockey player Jaromir Jagr on 6x4 reels with stacked wilds of up to 8x that can combine to deliver a maximum win of over 26,000x.

In addition to launching Jagr’s Super Slots at G2E, Inspired will also provide a sneak peek at Jagr's new Virtual Hockey game with a meet and greet with fans on Wednesday afternoon.

“Inspired is a leading gaming brand throughout Europe, especially with our recent acquisition of Novomatic UK's Gaming Technology Group, and now we're bringing the buzz to North America," said Inspired executive chairman Lorne Weil.

"Our products appeal to a wide variety of players and are unique to the marketplace, creating new opportunities for operators to grow their revenues. G2E is the best place for gaming and lottery operators to see the visually stunning graphics, entertaining themes and high-performing features that have proven popular around the world."

Inspired will also unveil a range of new interactive slot games, including spooky holiday-themed Book of Halloween, fantasy-themed Elemental Beast, and horse racing-themed Furlong Fortunes Sprint, which includes a new Virtual Horse Race bonus.

Aristocrat Technologies

Aristocrat Technologies, the US- subsidiary of Sydney-listed Aristocrat Leisure, will debut its new Crazy Rich Asians slot game at G2E.

The Crazy Rich Asians slot features sights and sounds from the 2018 romantic comedy Crazy Rich Asians, based on the bestselling novel by Kevin Kwan.

“We have enjoyed a tremendous partnership with Warner Bros. Consumer Products, bringing premium licensed titles to our customers and their players around the world,” said Aristocrat vice president of commercial strategy, gaming operations Jon Hanlin.

“Now we are excited to introduce this new license as the launch title for our new, game-changing cabinet.”

GameCo

GameCo will be showcasing a range of new content for its video game gambling machines (VGMs).

The company currently offers an array of casual, sports, and console-style game genres in both single player and multiplayer gambling formats, as well as eSports-style tournaments.

GameCo is developing VGM games under license from major game developers, including Star Trek with CBS Consumer Products, Terminator 2: Judgment Day from Studiocanal S.A.S, Paramount’s Mission Impossible, Steve Aoki from DJ Kid Millionaire, and SOULCALIBUR II with BANDAI NAMCO Entertainment.

The supplier will also launch new casual and sports titles, including PopFish!, All-Star Hoops, and Match 4 Wilds, a new style matching game using traditional casino themes.

In response to requests form land-based casino operators, GameCo will also showcase a multigame Bartop VGM, featuring games such as Riches of the Golden Dragon, All-Star Hoops, and Mystery of the Secret Temple.

GameCo is also entering the iGaming market with the launch of an interactive Match 3 game, Scarlet’s Heart. The game features high velocity betting, Power-Ups, and a Frenzy Bonus, and is the first of many iGaming products planned by GameCo.

Win Systems

Gaming supplier Win Systems will be unveiling new products across its systems and gaming divisions.

Within its Systems division, the company will showcase new solutions for its Wigos casino management system, including features to reward and promote player loyalty, player tracking features and advanced business intelligence tools.

The company’s Gaming division will introduce new products for its GameStar slot range including Power Gong and the Colossal Warriors multi-game platform.
