Sports betting solutions provider Playtech BGT Sports (PBS) has extended its long-term partnership to supply self-service betting terminals (SSBTs) to British bookmaker Jenningsbet.

The new multi-year deal will see PBS supply its SSBTs across Jenningsbet’s entire UK retail operations.

“We’re delighted to have extended our deal with Jennings and look forward to providing its customers with the best products and features available,” said Playtech BGT Sports senior commercial director Lee Drabwell. “Our SSBTs are now an integral part of the modern betting shop experience, particularly when it comes to in-play betting options.

“With the industry’s leading operators such as Jennings lining up to extend their agreements, we see this deal as the perfect endorsement for how good our product is.”

Jenningsbet managing director Julian Knight commented: “When it comes to driving incremental revenue and delivering the digitised retail experience that customers increasingly desire, extending our contract with PBS was a no-brainer.

Shares in Playtech plc (LSE:PTEC) were trading at 384.50 pence per share in London early Tuesday.
