New York-listed gaming supplier AGS has expanded its table games offering with the acquisition of New Jersey-based In Bet Gaming.
AGS has acquired all of In Bet’s assets and operations, including proprietary games 3 Card Blitz, Dragon Poker, Double Down Blackjack and Straight to the Flush.
The acquisition also sees In Bet president and CEO Ronald LaDuca join AGS’ executive team as vice president of table products sales.
