The daughter of British writer and poet JRR Tolkien, acting as trustee of the Tolkein Trust, has joined with publisher Harper Collins and several other parties to launch an US$80m lawsuit against Warner Bros. over the entertainment company’s use of the Lord of the Rings brand to develop online and land-based gambling games.
