bwin.party digital entertainment plc has reported a 3 per cent increase in total revenues to €201.1m for the third quarter of 2011, following strong growth from the company’s casino and games offering, which offset year-on-year declines in sports betting, poker and bingo.

bwin.party said that the solid third quarter performance was driven by strong growth in casino, the launch of new games in Italy and an improved competitive position in poker as a result of the closure of rival Full Tilt, driving total revenues up 9 per cent versus the previous quarter.
