Amaya Gaming Group’s first quarter 2012 revenues climbed 461 per cent versus the same period a year ago, but fell by almost 33 per cent versus the previous quarter as the company worked to complete its acquisition of CryptoLogic.

The company attributed its year-on-year revenue growth on the ongoing deployment of its Mosino gaming terminals and the inclusion of software licensing revenue from Amaya Alberta (formerly Chartwell Technology), as well as the operation of SMS lotteries in Kenya and Uganda.
