In its first complete interim results as a merged entity, online gaming operator digital entertainment has reported pro forma revenue growth of 3 per cent to €410m in the six months ended June 30th 2012, with declining poker revenues offset by growth in its sports betting and casino and games segments.

The company said Friday that on a pro forma basis combining the previous results of the two companies, the merged entity grew revenues by 3 per cent to €410m, with the casino and games segment delivering the greatest revenue at €139.7m versus 124.3m a year ago, overtaking sportsbetting which recorded revenues of €128.1m versus 125.7m in H1 2011.
