Gaming supplier SHFL entertainment has reported a 22 per cent increase in net income to US$38.6m for the year ended October 31st, following a record revenue performance during the period.

Total revenues rose by 14 per cent to a record $259.0m for the year, with strong growth during the fourth quarter which saw revenue increase by 12 per cent to $73.6m.

"We had a strong finish to 2012 with record revenue of $73.6m in the fourth quarter, driven by successful execution of our core businesses," said SHFL CEO Gavin Isaacs.
