UK-listed betting and gaming operator Betfair has partnered IT analytics service provider Nexthink to monitor the performance of its European technical estate.
The Nexthink V5 solution monitors IT networks and reports on end-user events, such as changes to the IT infrastructure, application usage and bandwidth, error messages and crashes. It also flags potential security risks, and ensures the IT service performance is recorded and visualised from the perspective of the end user.
