The sale of mybet Holding’s German lottery operations helped the company avoid slipping into the red in 2012, and a renewed focus on sports betting and gaming in 2013 is expected to further improve profitability.
Sports betting is already the largest contributor to mybet’s consolidated revenues, accounting for €33.8m of the €69.2m total in 2012, with year-on-year growth of 34.5 per cent.
