Denmark’s gambling market is expected to increase by 4 per cent this year to an estimated DKK7.8bn (€1.05bn) following strong growth in the country’s regulated online casino and sports betting market.

According to the latest figures from the Danish Gambling Authority (DGA), Denmark’s regulated online casino and sports betting market saw gross gaming revenues (GGR) increase by 30 per cent to DKK610m for the first quarter of 2013.
