A German court has granted the state lottery of Germany’s Nordrhein-Westphalia Westdeutsche Lotterie GmbH (WestLotto) the right to appeal over the decision to award mybet Holdings compensation, in a long-running dispute between the operators.
The Federal Supreme Court has accepted WestLotto’s request to appeal against a ruling issued by the First Cartel Panel of the Higher Regional Court of Düsseldorf in April last year.
