Kansas moves closer to decriminalising fantasy sports

The Committee on Federal and State Affairs of the Kansas House of Representatives has recommended that a bill to legalise fantasy sports in the US state be passed into law.

House Bill 2371 seeks to have the status of fantasy sports as an illegal activity in Kansas repealed, by adding fantasy leagues to the list of exceptions to the definition of what constitutes an illegal bet in the state.
