Greece’s OPAP has reported a 72 per cent drop in its full year net profit to €141.1m, with results impacted by the implementation of a new tax in Greece which translated into a yield of €345m for the government.

Total revenue fell by 7 per cent to €3,971.6m which the company attributed to the economic downturn in Greece and several one-off factors that hit Q1 results.
