Online payment processor SafeCharge said Friday that it expects revenue for the first quarter of 2014 to be “substantially ahead” of last year, with the company looking to expand its operations internationally with the appointment of a new corporate development and strategy director.

In a trading update released this morning, SafeCharge said that the momentum generated throughout last year had continued into 2014.
