Faced with a worsening economic outlook, the Brazilian government is considering passing legislation to launch a public tender to award a concession to manage Lotex, a recently-approved range of instant win products, in a bid to boost state coffers.
This would see a private supplier awarded a contract to create and distribute the instant win products, proposed as part of a bill (MP695/2015) designed to broaden the appeal of Lotex.
