Spain’s online gaming market reported a 7 per cent increase in second quarter gross gaming revenue (GGR) to €59.2m compared to the same period last year, although results were down quarter-on-quarter due to poor sporting results in April.

According to the country’s regulator the Dirección General de Ordenación del Juego (DGOJ), second quarter revenue rose 7 per cent to €59.2m with poker the only key vertical to post a year-on-year decline.
