NetPlay TV misses targets despite high marketing spend in Q3

Shares in live TV gaming operator NetPlay TV slumped by more than 27 per cent in London this morning after the company warned that it expects full year results to be “materially lower” than forecast.

Having reported a 2 per cent increase in net revenue to £14.5m for the first half of the year, NetPlay TV posted a 2 per cent drop in net revenue for the third quarter period to £6.4m.
