Casino operator Melco Crown Entertainment, one of six licensed casino owners in Macau, has announced plans to delist its shares from the Hong Kong stock exchange, citing reasons of cost and utility.
The company’s board has unanimously proposed a proposal for the voluntary withdrawal of the listing its shares on the Main Board of the Hong Kong stock exchange, where it has been listed since December 2011.
