French gaming operator La Française des Jeux (FDJ) has posted a 5 per cent increase in total sales to €13bn for the full 2014 year, aided by the growth of its online and sports betting offerings, as well as the continued strong performance of its retail lottery network.

Total sales for the year reached €13bn, representing a €645m year-on-year increase, primarily as a result of the operator's retail lottery sales network which comprises 96 per cent of the total.
