London-listed gaming operator Rank Group has reported strong set of results for its first half ended December 31st, with its continued focus on improving its digital business resulting in a 16 per cent increase in revenue and a 75 per cent increase in operating profit for the division.

Total gross revenue was up 3 per cent to £361.7m during the six month period, following strong revenue growth from the company’s Grosvenor Casino brand, which offset year-on-year declines in the Mecca and Enracha brands.
