Penn National Gaming has moved forward with plans to strengthen its social casino offering with the acquisition of Viva Slots Las Vegas developer Rocket Gaming.
The operator has acquired Rocket Gaming for US$60m in cash, with the sum subject to working capital and other adjustments such as earn-out payments for members of the studio’s management team.
