In its maiden set of financial results since combining its business with GTECH, US gaming and lottery supplier International Game Technology (IGT) has reported a 36 per cent increase in revenue to US$1,290m for the second quarter of 2015.

The second quarter includes the results of GTECH operations for the entire period and those of legacy IGT since the acquisition in April, with the comparable period including only GTECH’s operations.

On a pro forma basis, which represents the combined results of both companies assuming the acquisition of legacy IGT as of January 1st 2014, revenue was down 9 per cent.
