Italian gaming operator SNAI has reported a 41 per cent increase in revenue to €220.2m for the first quarter of 2016, with the recently acquired Cogemat business contributing 42 per cent of the total.

The company said that it benefited from the integration of the Cogetech Group, the reopening of Dinscom and SIS points of sale in Italy and the positive performance recorded in sports betting and online gaming business units.
