Toronto-listed iGaming supplier NYX Gaming Group has agreed a CAD$10.5m private placement offering with a private investor, which will be used to settle in part amounts owing by its US subsidiary to another investor.
NYX has entered into a private placement offering for a $10.5m unsecured convertible debenture and 2,863,636 ordinary share purchase warrants with an unnamed private investor. The placement is expected to close on June 30th.
