Sweden’s NetEnt has recorded a 46 per cent increase in net profit to SEK235.2m (€24.9m) for the first half of 2016 after seeing revenue climb 32 per cent during the period.

Revenue climbed to SEK697.4m for the six month period, with second quarter revenue rising by 30 per cent to SEK352.1m. The contribution from NetEnt's mobile channel doubled compared to last year and represented 37 per cent of Q2 revenue.
