International Game Technology (IGT) has seen revenue from its DoubleDown Casino social gaming business decline for the second consecutive quarter, although overall the company was able to record a 1 per cent increase in total revenue during the second quarter of 2016.

Revenue rose to US$1,285m during the quarter, with its Italian and North America Lottery businesses both posting year-on-year growth of 6 per cent.

International revenue fell by 16 per cent, while North America Gaming and Interactive contributed $350m in revenue, down 1 per cent versus the previous year.
