Mobile gaming specialist LeoVegas has reported a 67 per cent increase in net gaming revenue to €31.0m for the second quarter of 2016, as the operator benefited from a large inflow of new customers following the launch of its Kambi-powered sportsbook.

The company said that its potential to acquire new customers was “considerably extended” with the launch of its sportsbook and live casino offerings during Q2.

New depositing customers more than doubled year-on-year to 176,635, with active customers up 193 per cent to 540,276 during the quarter.
