Stockholm-listed gaming operator Cherry has reported an 80 per cent increase in group revenue to SEK191.7m for the second quarter of 2016, with its online channel now representing 81 per cent of the total.

Online gaming revenue increased by 113 per cent to SEK139.2m, with the company’s customer-facing operations benefiting from more than 100,600 new customers registrations during the quarter, while active players soared to 79,049.
